Lines can be long at certain times of the day, but they work through them quite fast!

This store forgets something from my order everytime we order DoorDash. This time it was the southwest crispy chicken salad. They completely forgot to add the crispy chicken at all.

I got a Large Jacks Spicy Chicken Combo and everything was very over cooked and dry no mayo , the only thing good was the drink

I absolutely love the food at Jackets—it’s so delicious! To be honest, I've always wanted to work there, but I think I’d prefer to find something even better. Still, the food is truly amazing!

The food was great, and the pumpkin spice shake was incredible!
