El Pollo Loco - Rialto

Very rude staff. The behaviour of cashiers and shift managers was the worst. They kept us waiting for our meals for more than 1 hour, although there were less than 10 people eating in the restaurant. Painful experience? The staff even didn't know how to talk to customers. They were the prioritization of Drive-Thru customers to restaurants customers. I'll never be in this restaurant again. Don't you ever visit this place? Disgusting place?

This is one of the worst places I've ever visited. The staff showed no respect for customers. When I inquired about the manager, I was told that Julian was in charge, and he was both rude and unpleasant. I urge everyone to boycott this establishment. I will never return.

Double avocado salad ordered. The dressing that comes with him was super water down, chicken was literally hard to reheat. And NO AVOCADO! Go to another. if I gave him a 0 stars.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff member was rude and tried to sell me a thigh and chest for my children's meal instead of legs. When I got to the window, I saw the grill was full of perfectly cooked legs and there were several meals available. The double chicken shell I received was also underwhelming. After coming home from the north, I was really looking forward to El Pollo since I can't find it where I currently live, and this experience was just frustrating. If I could, I would take away stars!

Wasted our entire lunch waiting to order the food and still had the audacity to be joking around laughing into the headset. Didn?t say a word even though we asked ?hello? a few times. Super unprofessional. Super inconsiderate when they have similar lunches short on time. I worked for Starbucks when I was younger know how a drive thru can be and respect the people who are serving me. But when they have little respect for me I think it should be addressed and hopefully their manager can tell them how they can improve there was 1 car ahead of us. Drive thru fast food should be EXACTLY THAT
