Yesterday 3rd November 2023 , I came to Frankie and Benny’s with my best friend for her birthday meal. We had the pleasure to be served by Ben, a waiter who was very polite and kind. First of all, our drinks 10/10 for quality and garnish ! A fellow waitress understands the importance and loves the attention to detail Our mains Ben upsold on our mains and ensured to check back to make sure we were satisfied with our meals Desserts Again, Ben was able to tempt us to have a dessert each, in which he was very catering to my friend requesting cold custard on her apple crumble Delivery Without asking, Ben noticed the occasion with the big balloon next to us and brought out the apple crumble with a candle on and sung happy birthday ! Although a surprise, she loved it and appreciated the effort that went into this : Amazing quality service from Ben ! Would 100% return and recommend What an amazing asset to the team Ben is for this restaurant. Pay rise needed ! The food was quite expensive, as I ended up paying almost 14 pounds for a bowl of pasta. However, the pasta was absolutely delicious. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 5 out of 5.
