Dinky Diner - RHINELANDER

This sure is a dinky diner! Intimate standard diner small counter space, maybe 15 tables? We came post rush, so, we didn't wait too long for a seat. Just the two of us. They were good. Service was great. Servers were running their tails off to accommodate. We were just passing through, but would return if in the area.

Your best bet for a good breakfast in Rhinelander. I know that they serve lunch as well, but the three times we have stopped in, its always been for breakfast, so that is what I basing this review on. It's small and usually pretty busy, but we have yet to wait for a table. Always seems like there is just enough room. Service is super friendly. Food always arrives hot, in a timely manner, and the portions are very good for the price. They have a varied menu, so there is something for everyone including the kids. Only suggestion I would have would be that I wish they offered some made from scratch options or some locally sourced products like fresh eggs or meat options. We will definitely be back! Great job guys!

It was my first time eating there and the food was fabulous especially the homemade chips and ranch. And the owner was hilarious. It's a great atmosphere and the waitress was phenomenal. I will definitely be back

Good morning breakfast seeker! Your quest has ended. Look no further. The food is exquisite and the servers are delightful. Not only is the coffee delicious my cup was never empty! Quite a feat considering I quickly find the bottom of even the deepest mugs. The food was divine. I had the biscuits gravy and a fiesta bowl. The gravy was perfect, not too floury and just a hint of onion. The eggs were cooked expertly, and the hash browns browned to perfection with just the right amount of crunch. This is where you want to be.

Previously came to the caffe, which was earlier than a child at this place; had loving memories of her pancakes. for nostalgie, I had the two pancakes with the added strawberries and cream. they were fantastic! great size; came out in a timely way, and the earthy were delicious. great price too!
