Bucketheads Sports Grill - RHINELANDER

I don’t know what happened, this place used to be a staple for us. The service was slow and cold, despite being mostly empty. There were times I swore someone was smoking in the restaurant but I think it was just coming through the semi-open doors in the front. Very off-putting. I was really hoping that my favorite burger would save the night but it was incredibly greasy and both of our sides (tots and sweet potato fries) were burnt.

The Reuben is awesome. The wings with spicy bbq are really good. I’ve had the fried pickles and the prime rib sandwich with onions and mushrooms as well. It’s like bar food on steroids. Very well done. Prices are extremely reasonable

We were here from out of town. Found this menu online, WOW, very inexpensive. Food was great. Lots of tv's to watch, lots of room to move around. There was only 1 waitress but she was a trooper and did a pretty good job waiting on everyone. Will come again when we're in town.

I hate leaving negative reviews. We eat here often mostly Friday fish fry to go. Decided to eat out tonight and service was awful. Had to asked after sitting for 25 minutes for our order to be taken. Got the food my burger had a hair in it. Cooks need to wear beard nets. The server Joe never checked on us once I was having to flag other workers down to get the check. I’m still sitting here waiting on the check 10 minutes after asking for it. Definitely disappointed!!!
