First time in Rhinebeck Ny and first time at this tavern. Food was great,big portions, took leftovers back to hotel, server was great. She had a conversation with us and asked where my friend and I were from and recommended stuff. I had the steak and it was great. My friend had the Dutch pot pie and it looked so good my friend she said it was amazing Cheesecake was amazing took it back to hotel as well Service: Dine in

A happy marriage of a beautiful period tavern and modern glass atrium. Consistent good food and impressive wine list. Can't recommend it better.

We had the most wonderful culinary experience and the evening. The staff was excellent, friendly and the food was excellent. The history and aura of this place are simply wonderful. You know you're in a very special historic place. So cozy, so charming, so friendly. Thanks to Larry Cihanke for his great hospitality and the exchange of the amazing history of the Inn. What a great place to visit, and cannot wait to come back.
