Pizza Hut Express - Reynoldsburg

I ordered 2 meatlover pan pizza with extra cheese and it was great. My experience at this location is mainly good. Sometimes people might not have the same experience but this place is mainly good.

Ordered pizza on app. Says 26-36 min. App says pizza out for delivery. Then get a message saying going to be 35 more minutes! Call store, they say pizza left building. So I get a cold pizza. This store is terrible. Go somewhere else.

What they are calling Pan Pizza isn't what I call Pan Pizza. Disappointing, because Hilton Head Pizza Hut still makes it like it used to be. Wings are ok. Service was slow.

Waited almost 2 hours for my order I called to see we're it was the person who answered the phone Jeremy was rude he didn't even apologize for the delay he just did not care and didn't even give me a specific time or what was happening so I canceled the order never again will I order from them it happened twice this year horrible place to order pizza!!!

Not sure what I just bought. It wasn't Pizza Hut. I haven't had Pizza Hut in over 2 years. Wife loves the supreme pan pizza. She was in the area so she asked me to order on line for carry out. I didn't know the prices had gone up by probably 33%. I didn't know they changed the cheese in the stuff crust. The stuff crust cheese tasted like ricotta. No sauce. Even the sausage had a different texture. The pan pizza we got was more like a hand tossed. I know people don't want to work right now and that you had to raise prices to increase workers pay but damn Pizza Hut I didn't expect you to change the ingredients to cheaper ones. Maybe you should close some of your locations and refocus on quality instead quantity
