Culiacan - Reykjavik

In januar, my vegan friend and I were in the hotel muli and decided to go to culiacan mexican grill for a Mexican meal as it was just around the corner. at the arrival the restaurant was quiet but looked beautiful, modern and clean. the menu...has a good choice for carnivores, but only two options for vegans. we decided to go for both vegan options, the quesadillas and the tacos. before we get our food, we have ordered our knives, forks and serviettes from a separate counter and then from the counter. the service was very good and the food was made fast and brought to the table. both mealtimes tasted quite similar, but tasted nice and with the 25%, it was very reasonable! overall our experience was good and if they were looking to go somewhere for a quick and easy meal for a reasonable price, then culiacan mexican grill is the place for them.

The family take dinner came with sloppy burritos with a bit salsa and cheese, ok but tiny tacos and a baptism of nachos with very little jumping. I can't call this food. cost 11,500 isk for 6 people, but nowhere near our family...of 5 (we didn't finish the afteros as they weren't good). never again.

Right and good quality price. really Mexican cuisine clean and order good attention not dessert .. rather dissapointed for that.

This place skimps on some of the ingredients, like cheese. It tastes decent, however, and they are able to accommodate changes to orders. They also have two beers on draft: Tuborg and Carlsberg. It's fine for a quick meal but not amazing and not especially...good value for what it is. We had the burrito bowls. They were reasonably tasty, but, unless you demand more cheese, they will scrimp on the cheese. There is also very little lettuce. Chicken is on the menu, but they will give you beef. Some of the beef was very tender. Other pieces were a bit tough and hard to chew through.

We asked for 2 takeaway vegan burritos and they were full of taste and of decent size. I could easily have eaten a second one. The staff was very helpful and polite.
