Taco Bell - Rexburg

Really poor service. The soda in the machine was flat. And they told us we were crazy, gave me attitude, and wouldn't do anything to help us. I know it's taco bell, but I have gotten deathly ill eating here before. I finally learned my lesson not to come back. The kitchen looks utterly disgusting every time I come up to the counter. OH, and the smell. It smells like raw sewage in the lobby. I have no idea what it is, but I was holding my jacket up to my nose while I was in there. Not to mention, we waited about 25 minutes for about 10 dollars worth of food from a place that is supposed to be quick. I had to get up twice to ask about it. I get that this place is basically run by college kids, but when I go to Del Taco, I have an awesome experience every time. Management needs to figure this out and I am sure @tacobellcorporate will love to hear about it.

So I know Taco Bell has a lot of bad reviews but my family and I actually really like this taco bell and very rarely have a bad experience. Yes I do agree the portions do seem smaller but it's still one of the most affordable fast food places. We usually spend $20 to feed our family of four.

Easy place to get food. Their menu is pretty clear and easy to find what you want. Drive through is decently fast.

Overall, it's a taco bell. Simple as that. However, I'm not going to lie, sometimes this location has been a hit or miss for me. Unless you go through the drive through, you're never going to get your sauce packets no matter how much you include them on a mobile order. In addition, there's been numerous occasions where the portion size is significantly smaller than other taco bells I have been to. However, Taco Bell always has been inconsistent with their portion sizes depending on whoever is working. In addition, it's in a college town, so, expect there to be random nights where it's incredibly packed.Overall, its pretty alright. It's a taco bell. Their sweet tea is always seemingly fresh and they'll always give you red sauce. Everyone there has always been polite. You can't go wrong with Rexburg Taco Bell.
