Cold Stone Creamery - Rexburg

Good place to get a sweet treat. The service was a bit slow, but they were close, so fair is. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that our ice cream was on the rainy side, so we actually took it home and left it in our freezer for a while. Otherwise it was great.

The staff were very friendly, and the prices were reasonably good. However, I felt that some items were a bit overpriced for what was offered. That said, my friend KMB highly recommends the chocolate cake.

I arrived a bit late and was worried it might be a risky choice to visit Cold Stone, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff member who assisted me was outstanding and managed the entire establishment with ease, showing no signs of stress. She was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and eager to help. Her skills were impressive and she definitely deserves a raise. If you visit this Cold Stone, be sure to ask for Bailey.
