The Lounge At Cut 21 - Revere

Absolutely phenomenal meal at Cut 21. Best dinner we had in the Boston area one of my be best we’ve had in years of travel. Fresh, flavorful, and generous portions. The my steak was tender and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The truffled fries were fragrant and incredible. My wife’s salmon and crab fried rice was an unexpected delight. Nothing but good things to say about our experience coming from a couple of foodies. Do yourself a favor and try it out if you’re in the area.

10/10. Delicious food, attentive staff and a great location. We found this restaurant by accident while on holiday in the local area and I’m so glad we visited. We enjoyed every bite.

It’s clear Cut 21 is going for a Miami Vibe and they achieve it. A modern, sophisticated look, sound and lighting works well with gracious service and an enticing menu. We shared onion soup and the Wagu dumplings to start and both were deeply flavorful and satisfying. We shared the sirloin steak and even took some home. The quality and preparation was first rate; it may have been aged prime and worth every penny. The sides we enjoyed were also delicious, creamed spinach and the crab fried rice which was very special. We will definitely be going back for more. My only parting thought was the volume and choice of music was a bit on the top 40 side and I would suggest a more jazz or mellow playlist that could be switched out for the trendy sound at a later hour as we were there around 6pm. Overall experience is fun and celebratory.
