Starbucks - Revelstoke

Really great to see a Starbucks on this drive now! Was a new build and everything was clean with actual seating like a usual Starbucks. The service here was very friendly today, the barista asked us about our drive and where we were from. Great drinks as usual, I feel I can usually depend on the quality here.

These guys are understaffed right now, like so many others, and still going above and beyond. Josh specifically, deserves a raise and a high five for being exceptionally polite and having amazing customer service. I appreciate you guys!!

It's too bad the store front was closed when we happen to stop by. They were having some issues with their systems. The drive-through staff were amazing! Super friendly and funny. Definitely recommend this place if you like Starbucks and are passing through. Even with their system issues there was little to no wait time. Great place.

This location in Revelstoke is a good Starbucks. It was VERY Busy on this Holiday Monday. They were 6 staff and they were all busy! I waited over 15 minutes to receive my order. It can be rather frustrating in off season as they often close early in the afternoon or are woefully under staffed. I actually prefer this location over the Salmon Arm store. The staff in Revelstoke are always friendly and have always made my drink AS ORDERED.

This was a very interesting place! I’m giving 5 stars to the hardworking staff wearing mask all day long and working hard for many hours to serve us while keeping society safe. Instead, I don’t know what I should give to those customers not wearing mask, although required with clear signs, disrespecting others and putting lives of these awesome staff as well as others in danger. This branch separated the lines for orders and washroom. All people were required to wear mask while inside the coffeeshop. However, in the washroom line, all people except me were absolutely maskless. They might either have run out of mask or felt uncomfortable wearing mask for couple of mins, Very disappointing!
