Open Kitchen - Retford

A good quality takeaway, the sweet and sour eggs and chow mine are very nice. the service is in the regular efficient in my experience and price is in order. I didn't use the delivery service, but that was going in the service time was good.

I order from Open Kitchen about once a month. I have celiac disease, so I cannot eat gluten, wheat, barley, or rye, and they always take my allergy seriously. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I usually order the special foo young because it is so delicious and fresh. It always arrives hot—not cold or unsatisfactory as has happened with other places. I've been ordering from them for almost a year now, and I give them a 10 out of 10!

This is the best Chinese food in the city! Forget about the Chinese restaurants in and around Retford that serve small portions. Here, you'll find generous servings and efficient customer service. My family and I have been ordering from Open Kitchen since they opened, and we have no plans to go anywhere else. We also love supporting small local businesses.

I feel compelled to share a review I wrote nearly two years ago. I was disappointed to read some of the recent reviews, as we had high hopes for this restaurant given its close proximity to my home. However, our experiences there have always been positive. The food is delicious and offers great value for money. I have never encountered any issues with the service, as the staff has always been friendly! We’ve tried numerous fast food spots throughout the city, but this one has become our favorite. If there were an award for the best meal in the city, my vote would go to the hotbox from Open Kitchen every time!
