La Provenzale - RESANA

Both service and facilities were impeccable. The kitchen is equipped with a fire pizza oven; was able to order a vegan pizza (marinara with roast vegetables . The service was quick despite there being a large private party of people in the main hall. The décor is shabby chic with notes of pastel green and lilac. Didn’t see any vegan options per sé (except for a salad ‘the vagana’ perhaps something management may want to look at. Something like a vegana parmigiana or vegan burgher would be nice.

Enjoyed the visit. Went there to try someplace new after seeing some ads. Very nicely surprised, and will definitely return. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Leaves a good adequate space between tables, Complete menu catering from sea food, meat, and pizzas. After ordering, we were treated to some complimentary pinzimonio. The carne salada starter is really a plateful, very generous with the portions and also as tasty. The same with the tagliata, although the meat wasn 't as tender as it should be all the way through, as some parts were a little too chewy. And the grilled vegetables were hardly really cooked, more just warmed. The fried mixed seafood was also really good and not at all greasy, but nice and dry, and as with the other courses, very abundant. After paying the bill (discounted about 6% in order to round down) we were also offered 2 digestives to close the evening. The staff were all very helpful and nice. The waiting time for the food was more than adequate, and even though there was a slight mishap between table orders, all was fixed wvery rapidly, and our dining experience wasn 't hurt at all.

Il locale si trova sulla strada che da castagno di rendering va verso seelago, appena fuori il centro a sinistra. è arredato in stile shabby chic con colori che richiamano la lavanda viola, giustamente richiamato dal nome il provenzale che si riferisce ai campi della lavanda coltivata lì. si può mangiare pizza o piatti dal menù della cucina (antipasto, primo e secondo) sia di carne che di pesce. personale cordiale e gentile.

Amichevole locale, personale cordiale e cordiale, pesce squisito. Tornerò sicuramente. qualità eccellente nei prodotti
