I ordered pizza and cheese bread over the phone. When I arrived at the restaurant, I paid with a card. However, I was informed that they had given away my pizza and needed to make another one. Twenty minutes later, I received my pizza and cold cheese bread. There was no refund, no fresh cheese, no discount, and no apology. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, but I will not be ordering from here again.
