Fat Angelo's - Republic

I was banned from the restaurant for calling an employee rude when I was trying to explain that my pizza is not always doughy. The employee was rude in response, and it seems they do not handle criticism well. However, when the food is cooked correctly, it is good. Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

Everytime we order it either takes them forever and/or they forget something. It took over 2 hours for our order tonight AND they forgot the Italian dressing for the Italian hoagie pizza. I wish more places delivered to my area. *EDIT: The last time we tried them there were dead stink bugs on our pizza. We've never gone back and don't plan to. If we want Fat Angelo's we will order from another one across town and go pick it up (they don't deliver to our house).

The food at this restaurant is excellent and affordable. They offer takeout service for dinner with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person.

Very awful customer service. Called and placed my order at 645pm i was told to pick up about 15 min later..so I went down and when I went to counter, there was a young boy there that was looking for my order n couldn't find it, but to look on the counter and find the slip that it wasn't even started yet. Then I told him we'll let me pay now for it and when it gets done for him to just bring it out as I was waiting on a call from my work. Waited another 25 minutes and still no order, went back in and it was sitting on the back oven for probably 15 min or longer. Only a little order of hot pep cheese balls like how hard can it be.. I will definitely take my business elsewhere from here out . Awful..
