Pizza Hut - Renton

I gave them a 5-star rating because of their outstanding service. I placed an online order and they unintentionally left out one of the toppings. When I pointed it out, the staff member was very understanding and promptly remade my order. They even gave me a complimentary brownie. It’s not just the brownie that impressed me; it was the professionalism and generosity of that employee that truly stood out.

The staff was excellent, and the quality of the pizza was outstanding. I just wish they would bring back the crust flavors. While the crust is tasty, it could use a bit more seasoning when served without sauce or cheese.

This Pizza Hut is really impressive. Their service is consistently fast and efficient. I've only had one issue in the past, but they graciously remade my meal even though it wasn't needed. They truly prioritize customer satisfaction. The food is always delicious. While it may seem minor, I gave four stars because they don't put enough cheese on their pizzas; I always have to order extra cheese to make it to my liking. I don't mind doing that, but it's the reason for my four-star rating. Overall, it's a great place to eat.
