Pho World - Renton

This is truly the best pho I've had in Washington. The broth is exceptional and bursting with flavor. It comes piping hot, perfect for cooking the meat, which I really enjoy. Food: 5/5

I decided to give this restaurant a try, and it definitely paid off! Their spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had! I was really pleased that they don’t dilute their sauce like many other places do. The grilled shrimp salad bowl was both fresh and delicious, and the egg rolls were really tasty as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I can't recommend it, especially for Black customers. The service was rude and dismissive. It was evident that they prioritized serving non-Black and Asian customers while ignoring me and my mother. Despite having ordered before others, we were overlooked, and it seemed intentional. Even when we expressed interest in placing a takeout order, they showed no concern for our needs. The bias was glaringly obvious, and it felt as though they didn’t value us as customers at all. They managed to get everyone else's orders right but messed up ours. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. After how we were treated, I will definitely not return. I urge other Black patrons to be cautious.

I've been coming here on and off for over five years. New owners a couple plus years ago. Today, the ambiance showed only three tables in the restaurant. Usually they are busy. I guess tonight is slow. The steamed gyoza was actually not bad. Then I tried Menu #11. Small size pho soup with the three different meats in it. It was okay. I was not fond of the meatballs this time around. It tasted funny. Once I had the funny taste in my mouth, I stopped eating. So never finished my soup. I wanted to order a bubble tea, but the bad aftertaste ruined it. Three stars today from me. Oh well.

Pho world, I don’t in as much as I can. This is my favorite favorite place in the whole world. They treat you like family. They’re so good to you. They’re open long hours which surprises me but I will never go to another place unless I’m out of town and I’m always disappointment in other places this place full world, the employees and the owner are excellent, excellent customer service. I can’t even tell you.
