Kidd Valley - Renton

I had the large double bacon double cheese burger, and it was amazing! The fries were great too. The onion rings were also very good! The vanilla milkshake was not bad either. Plus, the service was impressively quick, thanks to some fantastic young guys. We definitely need more young people like them—politically aware and focused!

I really enjoyed my experience, but I'm giving it 4 stars because there was too much garlic on the fries. I felt like I could have easily transformed a regular fry into a garlic fry! On the bright side, the burgers were juicy and seasoned just right. We also had the opportunity to create our own milkshake flavors, which were fantastic. Overall, it was worth the $30 we spent.

I walked in to find a friendly cook, but the girl at the register gave me a really cold stare. I was the only customer in the lobby, and when my order was ready, the same girl, who had moved on to other tasks, just stared at me blankly. I decided to wait patiently. Eventually, the cook, seeming a bit frustrated, came around to hand me my order directly. I left a $10 tip, but I don't think she noticed. Hopefully, the cook picked it up.

I’ve always liked Kidd Valley for their quick service and delicious burgers, especially with a side of fried mushrooms—yum! However, don't expect to find close parking unless the weather is really bad outside.

The food was excellent overall, but I wish they offered coleslaw instead of fries. The main downside, however, is the location next to the park, which tends to attract some undesirable individuals who hang out smoking marijuana. The vibe here feels a bit off with certain crowds present. Unfortunately, the smell of marijuana is quite noticeable. Because of this, I won't be returning to this location.
