Chez Jean Bon - Rennes

A very nice discovery! The Jean Bon sandwich deserves its name even if there's a little too much red cabbage for me. Good harmony with taste and very good cooking of the product component! service is pleasant. Next steps, taste the dish of the day and come and eat a tray of charcuterie with a beer!

Come to taste the famous Jean Bon sandwich, it was up to my expectations and more! The buckwheat bread, with the marinated pork shell, red cabbage and yoghurt sauce, aromatic herbs, mint accompanied by finely seasoned grain potatoes, don't hesitate! Besides, everything is local!! I also tasted the balls of Jean good, a remix of the arancini, with 'scratched and rice and the sauce that reminds the sandwich! Of course, I've finished with a heart flowing with chocolate, top until dessert! In the evening, they offer the sandwich but also tapas, which all make you want, go ahead

The sandwich is top top top, I just put a 4 for the lack of accompaniment that was however excellent) .

Sandwich JeanBon is a beautiful promise on paper, in reality a majority 70% of the sandwich is made of red cabbage. Accompanied with 5 half potato and little sauce. It's a shame because the ingredients are good but the lean quantities don't make me want to come back.

Street food at 2 steps from the station that honours Breton products (sauce, local bread, Ribot milk, etc).
