Great meal with friends in this tasty restaurant in the center of rennes excellent love to detail and extremely helpful and attentive maître d’ and the cook gardener

We had an excellent lunch with good service, although our waiter didn't speak much English I didn't have a problem in French so much) we choose from the daily menu specialties, ordering the 3 cursor meals, with wein large bottle perrier, the total bill was...112 euro for 4 people. we paid something about the 6 euro elsewhere on the day before. but we have judged eating too well, the place was nice, the bathrooms were impeccable, so recommended

We went around 7.15 and the place was empty. we asked madame if we could have one table: yes, she said I can fit them, but I have another party who wants the table at 9 o'clock. it was quite surreal, but to be fair. the place filled quickly and with it came the atmosphere they were looking at a place like this and service was good. they serve here neat bistro food: not fancy fine eating stuff, but simple eating well made with a few small twists to lift it. I had calf meat with potatoes and vegetables; my wife had lamb. we chose desserts: I had a pretty cheeseboard and my wife had a hot chocolate fond with tonka beans that had real taste depth. it is not a cheap dinner for both of us at about 65 euro, but it was worth it.

Excellent food. Great service. Very nice place. Reasonable and honest price. Good, central yet quiet, location. What else can we ask for? Trés bon!!
