Steakhaus Hacienda - Remscheid

Going to this steak house for years and were always satisfied. Food and service was always top...my favorite is always the No.51 which we had again today. Look forward to the next time

We were in the hacienda for the second time today. The first time I wanted to celebrate my birthday there and it didn't go well because a replacement cook lost our order and other guests who came to us for 1 hour were served before us. At some point, we were so upset that we left. My birthday was messed up. Before anger and disappointment I had written a bad review. After a few days, the owner had reported himself to me and apologized since she was in the hospital at that time. We were invited to retrieve my birthday. Since I got the restaurant recommended by some friends, I followed this invitation. Also for the reason I find it very good that one owner of a restaurant is so striving. What should I say it was super delicious. We had Schnitzel and chevapchichi (maybe written differently and Steak. Everything was really good. I'm sure we'll go to dinner several times. Thanks again, which I had the opportunity to make my birthday so delicious. It was really delicious. For this quality and quantity, the price on the card is kept very favorable.
