Maison Du Velo - Reigate and Banstead

This is one of my go-to spots in Reigate for coffee and cake. The selection of cakes changes weekly, so it's always a treat to see what they have. They also serve a delicious breakfast. The atmosphere is friendly and laid-back. It's a popular spot for serious cyclists, with specialists on hand to help with any bike needs. Cyclists come from all over to visit this place. If you want to avoid the peak cyclist times, come during off-peak hours to guarantee a seat. There are also outdoor seating options where cyclists gather to chat about their bikes and cycling adventures. I celebrated my birthday here and they went above and beyond to make it special, with a beautiful design on my coffee and a surprise treat.

Wow, what a fantastic and supportive group of people at Maison du Velu. I can't speak highly enough of the owner and their services. They provided me with a Jorvik electric tricycle and gave me a thorough training session before I set off. They even took me to the local park to help me build confidence and feel comfortable riding with my dog in the basket. From the first contact to the final goodbye, they went above and beyond to ensure that my ride was of the highest standard. Their support has solidified my trust and I know I will enjoy my bike for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Maison du Velu.

I frequently visit this restaurant for coffee, sometimes with friends or by myself to chat with the staff or other customers, or simply to relax and read. I think mdw has the perfect balance; there is no sense of snobbery that can be found in more upscale establishments. The employees are always friendly and helpful, the bikes are impressive, and they offer a good variety of accessories and services. The cafe is well stocked with high-quality coffee and the service is efficient. They also provide phone charging stations and bike racks. Well done mdw!

You know that feeling. the aroma of the coffee welcomes it from the farm and then you send the cup in an icy anticipation. but the whole taste went into this aroma. be ready for full taste coffee. creamy texture. and surrounded by bikes to dream. of fantastic and beautiful cake too. pb on sourded toast my fav.

Often pop in here for a coffee, always get the speciality coffee. It is very smooth with a lovely taste. Staff are friendly and there is a lot of space. Cakes look lovely but as a diabetic I am unable to try them. Well worth...a try
