Brewers Fayre At The Premier Inn

Went with the family for new year's, took them a while to sort out allergies but the curry was nice and staff were friendly

I got myself a full English breakfast and I have to say the breakfast here was fantastic. It was hot with lots of choice and cooked to perfection. The breakfast manager Paul was polite and made me feel very welcome and was nothing but helpful from start to finish. I will definitely be eating here again in the future.

Found this place and thought good value for money. The manager Paul was very nice and looked after us very well. Cheap drinks as well.

The pub has a very welcoming ambience and the customer service is amazing. Four lovley young staff (Danielle, Callum, Charley, and Emma) always greet their customers with a smile and are not irritable when faced with issues. They deserve a 5 star rating! Although, the place needs a clean up. The toilets are kept clean, so I'm not sure why the seating areas and bar are tacky. The food is not wow-ing, however it is a pub so I did not expect any better than what I revieved. Also soft drinks are a little pricey. Overall, it is your standard pub but with great customer service and friendly staff.
