Kfc - Reidsville

Went through the drive through and was told no legs so I asked for a replacement and they did , got home no biscuits in the box , food was good what I got anyway

Lucky I can't give a 0 star! Soggy, Soggy, Soggy! I did do Doordash and I know what you are thinking... The delivery guy took too long.. No! We live 2 minutes away! Food arrived super fast, yet everything is cold, soggy, and the chicken sandwich is covered in pickles (which I requested to be removed). DO NOT EAT HERE! STRAIGHT GARBAGE AND IT SHOULD BE CLOSED! This was our 3rd attempt also. Their corporate office should be informed!

I ordered extra crispy and was told that they had some left from the morning and it was 5:30pm. I ended up getting original recipe and it was the worst chicken. The employees were really trying but it seemed like they haven’t receive proper training. I think it’s a management problem.

They are constantly out of chicken. They continually ask you to come inside and order, either because the computer is stuck or They have no help. I LOVE KFC food, but the Reidsville location has really failed me

Was only two people working in the place one doing drive thru and one working the front counter placed my order at the counter waited 15 minutes for an 8 piece bucket of chicken and I was the only one in there sad the place used to be good
