I’m giving only one star simply because there’s nothing lower. The environment was odd. The staff that were at the counter were nice, however, was very surprised that we had to wait on ourselves including carrying the pizza platter. And I had to go hunt down a menu because we weren’t greeted with one or offered one at all or even told where they were. I ordered the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and it was sub par to say the least. The breadsticks were very disappointing the cheese was not even melted. The pizza was ok. My fiancé ordered the pizza cheese steak sub and the cheese again was barely melted. And it lacked flavor. We paid way too much for very underwhelming food. Will not be back. $62 for a very disappointing outing. We all left upset

If your charging extra for cheese can you heat it up. Such a disappointment

My order was wrong and I didn’t realize until I was 20 minutes home and when I called they blamed a glitch in the online order system and I could come back. I wasn’t driving 20 minutes back but would like a gift card or something. Nope, that’s the way the order came in online so that’s what you get. They almost didn’t give me my salad either. I suggested they get their online ordering fixed and she said nope it’s a 3rd party system and that’s the way your order came in so if you want to come back you can! No thanks…I won’t be back!

Awful high price for no more lasagna than you get tasted like previously frozen
