What an amazing breakfast spot! During our visit to Bethany Beach, several friends recommended Starboard for a fantastic breakfast, and they were absolutely right! The menu is outstanding, with each dish featuring a unique twist. I tried the French Toast made with fresh Pullman bread, and it was truly heavenly. I also appreciated that their juice is freshly squeezed, which is a must for me. My wife ordered the Delmarva Eggs Benedict, topped with fresh lump crabmeat, and it was exceptional. The coffee was so delicious that I ended up drinking three cups! Our server informed us that it’s a special blend made just for the restaurant. Overall, it’s a top-notch dining experience, and I can’t wait to return!
