Gasthaus Zum Gupf - Rehetobel

The Gupf is one of the few places which are a must to visit. The dishes were just fantastic again. The wind cellar -well, you must see it to believe it. For me the Gupf is one of the best restaurants in Switzerland. It is for sure in the top 20. Reservations required.

I was celebrating a double birthday with some friends who had never been here before. It was an explosion of different tastes and flavours that were perfectly married together....Walter and his team at their best! The dishes were perfectly presented. One of guests had special dietary requirements, which were managed on the fly by the team. I have to compliment the service team who did an exceptional job, discreetly available whenever you needed them.

The view, the place, the workers, the chef, the food was fantastic ...it’s our first time, but not the last time, we will come again ...

Friends suggested to go to restaurant Gupf for dinner and stay the night there we had never been. I can only say it was one of the best dinners I have had ever! Every course of our menu was delicious and different, the service excellent, friendly and attentive and the wine cellar out of this world! The setting a spectacular piece of Switzerland. We have booked again and I already look forward to it.

An interesting restaurant! You should have a well-filled wallet or top credit card with you. Everything is just the finest and so is the service. Let yourself be pampered and enjoy yourself. The garden is just as enjoyable.
