Tim Hortons - Regina

This location is the best in Regina. I am a regular who stops in 3-8 times a week. The odd time there is a mistake (rarely) they are so quick to resurrect. The employees here are extremely friendly and kind, especially Joan. This location wouldn't be where it is today without her. I hope they continue to strive on her behalf. Thank you for all of the wonderful service.

It's Tim hortons. It's clean, fast and just like every other one. No one smiles and they push you through like cattle. Nothing special about this location to report

Disappointed that a large chii no longer comes with a full bun. If I want the other half of the bun I have to add $0.90 plus tax. That?s a 15% price increase. Sad!

The staff at this location are fantastic, except on Saturdays, there is one guy that is extremely RUDE, he shouldn't be on the front line. They are very slow and look like they don't have a clue what they are doing.

Very very bad service. Every time I go there in my break at work I have to wait so long. Half my break is gone on the queue. 2-3 employees get busy with one order that ends up leading to a huge line. Very frustrating. Also often messes up with coffee orders too.
