The Lil'Belizean Cook Shack has reopened! Toni is serving up authentic Belizean recipes, with certain items available on specific days to stay true to the Belizean market practices. If you've never experienced delicious, home-cooked Caribbean cuisine, then you must try the amazing food that Regina has to offer at this restaurant. Welcome back Toni!

Each day of the week they serve only one kind of meat. It is the tradition of Belize to do this. You can choose a small or large meal. It is very good and tasty. Good to take a date or family.

The food is served and prepared just like in Belize. Depending on the day you visit, they will be serving either pork, chicken, or beef dishes. The flavors are delicious.

Apparently I spoke too soon. The Cookshack is back, under new management (Collette and son Jimmy) with Toni s recipes. The place is sparkling clean, with all the familiar decor still intact. Grab a curry chicken roti or stew chicken and you won't be...disappointed. We're going on a Thursday for our next visit to relive our old favourite sweet and sour ribs.

After many years of irregular hours, service, and standards the Cook Shack is closed. Another business has moved in, but they never seem to be open either.
