Customer service was absolutely terrible. need to educate staff on subway sandwiches and what chicken teriyaki is. the amount of sauce and salt was actually outrageous. i had to walk the staff through each step of making my sandwich, it took them 3 tries to get it right and they even put it in a bowl with rice after i asked for it on a 6 inch of White Italian. they even charged me for extra bacon after putting 2 pieces because they were upset i had to keep repeating my order. why did the staff in training help me after the not in training person kept messing up the order, too? not to mention the whole time the 2 were sassing me and giving attitude. i had second hand embarrassment from this interaction. do better. :

I had a really good sandwich from here, enough for me to want to comment for it to be recognized. I don 't claim to know all Subway sandwiches, locations, or their sandwich-making training policies, but it was a well-prepared, presentable sandwich. 'Packed ' very well without skimping on amounts of toppings. (Previously having a job where I was on the go all the time, I wish my take-out sandwiches were this neatly 'compacted ' EVERY time. On top of that, it tasted great! Maybe it was their new Green Goddess dressing. Came at 2pm on a Friday. Almost want to order the exact same thing at a different location to see if there 's a difference. Thanks, McCarthy&Dewdney Subway!
