Ordered online. Said ready in 60 mins. After 1 1/2 hours I called. Said it was on the way. We received and it was cold and not very good. $75 and the portions were very small, tasteless! Very disappointed. Will not order from here again!!!

I ordered a dinner for 5 online for a pick up at 5:30. Arrived exactly at 5:30 then went home which took about 7 minutes. The food was COLD. Obviously made too early. Had to microwave. Even heated up the food was not to expectations tasteless . Will NOT GO BACK

We have ordered from there for years but lately it has not been good at all. We had a family supper tonight and thought we would give it a try again. I ordered online right at 4 for 530 so thought maybe our meal wouldn't be rushed as they get quite busy. The food was awful we ordered spring rolls got dried out semi burned egg rolls. The vegetables were hard and extremely undercooked. When we phoned they were quite rude about the feedback they were given. This food is very expensive so it is expected that there be some pride in the quality of the food. Sadly we will be looking for somewhere new to order from.

Ordered over the phone and ordered over $70 worth of food, ordered shanghi noodles and got singapore noodles, ordered honey garlic ribs and got sweet and sour ribs. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE SR Kitchen! We have tried various other Chinese cuisine establishments but not one compares to SR Kitchen what-so-ever! The food is phenomenal! We repeat order our favorites each time. Ginger beef, beef low mein, schechwen chicken, almond sui guide, etc. We receive our entire order everytime too. Something we've had issue with with neighboring establishments. HIGHLY Recommend SR Kitchen!!!
