Managers don’t listen to customers request. This happened to me twice already.Rude! Food is really good but Im giving 1 star because of poor customer service. Some crew are nice though.

Jollibee has a very loyal and dedicated international following. I suggest doing some online research on the menu before you go. Firstly, I will say that the food is decent. However, the menu has so many bundles and options that it makes it interesting to get what you want in the quantities you are after. It was also a bit pricey for what you get.

The restaurant is perfect for family dine-in experience. My son really loves it being there.

Don't get the spaghetti from the fried chicken place and you're going to love it. It's just overcooked spaghetti with ketchup on it, don't let that ruin what should be the replacement to kfc.

I loved the pineapple drink, but the food was terrible. Chicken pieces had 0 flavor, as did the fries. My family said the spaghetti was also terrible. Would not go again.
