Applebee's Grill - Regina

Still the same big place as I remember the same great taste, never visit regina without stopping for a bite. we need one in saskatoon, actually two. the fish tacos are awesome, I had the rippchen also and the very rich and delicious cheesecake.

The tacos were absolutely delicious! Big ups to whoever made them! Our waiter (I think Bailey was her name) was absolutely delightful and made our experience a good one! The shrimps too were very good!

We visited Applebee's for the first time on Sunday. We waited about 10 minutes before our Server greeted us. We waited a while for our drinks. The food was great, decent price, good size. I would have liked more to drink but we were not offered refills.

Great server, super helpful and accommodating of my son 's medical dietary restrictions!!! We all had so much food! Everything was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. We will most definitely be returning! The lime shrimp skillet bowl thing was incredible (sadly I totallyforgot to get a photo of it)!! Bacon cheeseburger was massive and so tasty! Oh, and the peach sangria...wow, just wow. ..... We returned for another visit and had the riblets with the 2 can dine for $45 promotion. Couldn 't believe how large the meal was!! This promotion is definitely worth it and a great bang for your buck. This server did something way different to accommodate my son 's medical dietary restrictions and instead of the usual $6-8 we pay for his kids meal (with no main, just an extra side), we were charged well over $12 for it ... way over the price of any of the entire kids meals that come with a main dish. Would be GREAT if they put a vegetarian kids meal option where the kids could pick 2 or 3 sides without a main. All of the main dishes contain meat, and my son 's medical restrictions prohibit him from eating meat. Many times we have had zero issue in this regard. This massive overcharge drops mu rating from 5 stars to 3. We shouldn 't be taken advantage of, simply because our son has medical restrictions and can 't eat the same as everyone else. He/We already have enough struggles around food, without being financially penalized for it as well. Hopefully, if we return, things will go back to normal. And we will feel respected and accommodated, instead of taken advantage of.

We went tonight to this location for a family meal (3 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 6 to 13). The food was great, but the service was pretty awful. We waited about half an hour for our two sides to be delivered, plus our server mixed up our orders and got the sides wrong on several of our meals. There was no excuse as the restaurant wasn’t busy with only ever one or two other tables. I think at one point we were the only table in the whole restaurant. We also found our server to be quite unprofessional in some of her interactions with us. At least the food was great and the prices were good when you take into account the deals they had on offer. We’ll for sure come back again for the good food, but hopefully the service is better next time.
