Albergo E Delle Notarie

We had a quick lunch here with friends during lunch break from work, but it was all but quick. the waiter was not so concentrated in the order and the food not so good for a 4 stars hotel. a little bit disappointed. and my glass of wine was a little bit dirty. they have to improve a lot if they wanna be a real 4 stars hotel and restaurant

I have dined in 5 star restaurants around the world and doubt I have had a waiter more knowledgeable than the one we had at Albergo e Ristorante delle Notarie. From recommendations for a local wine, which was stunning, to the after dinner scotch digestif he was knowledgeable and helpful without being over bearing. The food was good, with great presentation and would love to go back.

We heard good things and the staff was exceptionally friendly...but the food was just ok. Of all the pasta we ate, this was the most pedestrian. I was not much better than frozen ravioli eaten in the US. I has the special steak as the main entree...again, nothing special. This was our first meal in town...and was the least memorable. Look for other places to eat.

The restaurant at the Albero is not a 'typical ' hotel restaurant. The service and the food are outstanding. Their quick menus for their quick lunches and fixed price dinners teature local/regional favorites. They are well priced and offer great value. On the other hand, I recommend taking your time (we did) and order courses and wines from their menu. We did and it was a treat. Ask the kind staff for recommendations you won 't regret it.

Great lunch, compliments to the kitchen for care in the planting and in the realization of the dishes, polite and kind waiters. I'll be back!
