Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe went to the restaurant on a Saturday evening and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. After ordering an appetizer and a first course each, we began to notice some obvious problems. The mussels, for example, had a really unpleasant odor that suggested a lack of freshness. The octopus with guazzetto were bland and their flavor was covered by a generic tomato puree. The octopus salad also didn 't meet expectations, with a rather bland flavour, although fortunately the octopus wasn 't tough. Moving on to the second courses, the disappointment continued. The fisherman 's rice turned out to be little more than a simple white rice with a handful of seafood, including mussels which still retained that unpleasant smell found in the appetizer. The spaghetti with seafood was completely flavorless, and on top of that we found sand in the razor clams. The only dish we can say we appreciated was the cuttlefish ink tagliolini with salmon and avocado, which, fortunately, had no obvious defects. We politely reported our disappointments to the waiter at the end of dinner, but were surprised and disappointed by his lack of reaction. Not only did he not offer us any explanation or apology, but when we got to the checkout, we had to ask ourselves if he had reported the problem to the kitchen. No one came out of the kitchen to give us an explanation, and the only intermediary was a waiter who seemed to be clearly struggling with the situation, understandably so given that it wasn 't his job. I read some of the restaurant 's responses to reviews and it was equally disappointing. Instead of taking the opportunity to question themselves and learn from their mistakes, they threatened to sue for defamation. They all reply 'but you ate the dishes ', but this is not enough. Yes, of course, we ate, but it is not synonymous with satisfaction. We weren 't looking for a discount, but at least a minimum amount of feedback on our observations. However, we were offered a small discount according to them, as if the problem could be solved with a simple reduction in the bill. Ultimately, it was an extremely disappointing experience and we cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
