Sticky Fingers - Regensburg

My husband and I visited this place just tonight. It is in the middle of Regensburg, from the outside I thought it was still closed at 19:00 as you literally can not see anything. It is very trendy, modern design, beautiful bar. Before we went...there I already chatted with a very nice person on Facebook to confirm our reservation and he/she said he recommends the 6 course surprise dinner. They just ask what you don`t like and prepare accordingly. I read everywhere that they are small portions so no worries...maybe small for someone who is used to have big dinners but I usually have a salad or soup or just a slice of bread. So for me it was not small portions at all. The food was very, very good, very light, there was one course that had a bit of potatoes but it was mainly seafood, veal, steak with vegetables. Oh my and the dessert, was top notch as well. The waitresses were extremely kind and attentive. What I also liked very much was the music: Eagles, Elton John, Marvin Gaye..took me back to the years when I was living in NYC and my parents always listened to music like that in the car. It was a very nice, relaxing evening, I recommend it for everyone. We liked it so much we will go again next week.

It is an another part of Anton Schmauss in Regensburg. This owner chef is really cut out for inventing fancy place as well as out standing cooking. It is Asian fusion style but place itself looks very modern and stylish as well as cozy. Atmosphere...is still 80 s disco place that is why this place has very unique mood. By all mean, concerning quality of food , there is no question at all. No question. Just be there. Awesome

It is our second time eating in n we are regular for cocktails positive great foodie with the best cocktails in the city michi basti are super!!! cocktails with yuzu n tokyo sundowner n alarmed bison negatiw seat table...zu quietzy for 4 ecksitz beside kitchen staff forgetting special request of picked flowers charcoal is always served on skreis when they avoid picky

What a wonderful dinner! excellent eating! and an extraordinary atmosphere! definitely recommend for an evening away from home!

The restaurant is located in one of the characteristic streets of regensburg. the menu has been directed from 9 that can be combined in a 3 or 4 course tasting menu. in two we tried 8 out of 9. he was oktopus in order, but. the following dishes were terrible, all are characterized by a very acidic note, which made each plate less and less pleasant, as the acid accumulated on the rim. also a perfectly fine piece roastbeef was ruined by a terrible red acid sauce. very limited selection of weeping, almost only German. for a 63 Euro menu (without caviar, weeping and dessert), I would have expected that the cute between the feeds and the wee are constantly poured. only one dessert to make available, from a basic of lambrusco and (I couldn't believe) also acid. never again!
