I have noticed that many restaurants have employees who are not in a good mood lately, which is understandable because we are all human. However, the girl working at this restaurant on Wednesday morning seemed like she was in a particularly bad mood or had a problem. Her bad attitude made me think that maybe the boss doesn't pay attention to the customer service his employees are providing. Jamba Juice used to be my go-to place for a refreshing drink, but after my experience today, I will never go back there again, for myself or my children.
I absolutely adore Jamba Juice and usually have a great experience there. However, today was a bit unusual. I typically use buy one get one free cards for my family of four, using two at a time to pay for two and get two free. I've done this several times before, but today the cashier would not allow me to use both cards at once. I'm not one to cause a scene or ask for a manager, especially since it was busy, but I was confused by the inconsistency. I don't like when things change between visits or when employees aren't aware of the rules. Just a heads up for when you visit. Oh, and by the way, my favorite drink is the mango-a-go-go with an extra shot of fresh squeezed orange juice added. It's absolutely delicious! Give it a try!
Staff very friendly, had the Pumpkin Smash Classic (you can get with coffee too) . Store very clean.
I called to place an order since I only had a few minutes to get out of work and run errands. No one answered the phone. I walked in while I was on the phone and saw them ignoring my call, even though the place was empty. To top it off, the person working there purposefully hung up the phone.
