The girl in the running thru was very professional and very hospitable curtien and about all the nice person she deserves araise

We went a month ago, very expensive, the fries tasted old, and they got my order wrong. I always ask for no sauce as I always have for years, it came with so much sauce it was inedible. We took it back and they pretty much said it was our fault. We chalked it up as just the people working there that night so we recently gave it another try. The staff were fixing their hair then returning to work gross, I had to ask for my card back and the person huffed like it was too much to ask for, and again asking for no sauce apparently meant extra even after they repeat no sauce back at the end. Way over priced for what you get. That was the last chance for this company. We won't ever go back.

Got the hand breaded chicken sandwich got two pieces of bread pickle small piece of chicken, a medium (a quarter gallon) drink and small fries for over 15 bucks. Had to ask for ketchup before I drove away. The sandwich I got did not look anything like what was depicted which had lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Always expect more from Carl's Jr because of the price, but as times goes on it seems they cut down more and more. Shrinkflation to the next level!

I specified no sauces on the burger for my daughter and she repeated it back exactly as I ordered it. Got home, only to find they put sauce on the burger. Also, when I paid with my card, when she handed it back to me, she was turning away from me. Very unprofessional customer service.Update:Took the burger with the receipt back and the two young women tried to tell me that I ordered it incorrectly..... I said clearly no sauce she clearly repeated no sauce I fail to see how it was my mistake. The fault lies with them.

I love this place because I love fried burgers. And since we don't have a Burger King, it's a place to go.
