The drinks at this restaurant are consistently delicious and prepared efficiently. The staff is extremely friendly and have even given me some complimentary items because I have been a loyal customer for years.

I would like to lodge a complaint. I requested an iced soy latte because I am unable to consume dairy. I specifically asked the staff member if the milk used was soy milk, and he confirmed that it was. However, I later discovered that this was not the case. It is important for restaurants to clearly indicate to customers when they offer soy milk as an alternative. I am disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.

Their staff are all very friendly. The drinks are always freshing. they remember my name...well, i am there every day.. Lol
