I encountered an older man with glasses who was consistently unprofessional and rude, not just to customers but even to his fellow employees. On the other hand, there was a very nice young lady who was professional and courteous.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The service was a bit slow, and there were some misunderstandings with the orders. The staff wasn't very talkative.

The chicken had very little meat and it was extremely tough and dry.

They accommodated my dietary restrictions by customizing my sandwich with the substitutions I needed. It was delicious and quite satisfying. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!
