I literlally got bread, veggies, and a few sparse peices of chicken. They didn't even add sauce. I discivered it after opening the package while already at the beach. Will never go to this location again, and have learned that one has to check the package on-site, so that was on me. I justified it by saying I'd be fasting today. Oh well. Oh, and if anyone in management even cares, I picked it up at 2PM on Dec-6th.

Wow I 'm not sure I 've ever had an experience like this at any restaurant. Like ever. I 'm not usually one to write negative reviews. I just don 't like to put that negativity out there . I feel like most places in general are doing the best they can do I like to give them the benefit of the doubt. But oh boy this was something special. So someone stole a mobile order that I placed within 25 minutes. I walk up to the cashier to see what happened and she basically shrugs and says I don 't understand, not sure what 's going on, can 't help you. The supposed manager comes out of nowhere and starts accusing me of yelling, etc. I say supposed because I feel sad for that establishment if he 's the best they can do so not sure I believe him but I digress. I explain that I have a mask and she said she couldn 't hear me and someone apparently stole my order. Anyways, they spend the next 3 mins harassing me and patronizing, saying it 's not a big deal, it 's only $20 as if that guy knows how much that $20 means to me, saying here here 's your money back throwing it in my face (and not even giving me the correct amount at first I had to ask 3 times for the proper amount), and just in general making it seem like I had done something wrong because they allowed someone else to take MY food order. At NO point did they apologize. It was quite remarkable to witness. I 'm not sure at minimum I would think they 'd ask for an ID or to see the order on the app to avoid situations just like this. Guess not! Instead it 's easier to let people take food that 's not theirs and insult the victims for having the nerve to get upset. Ask yourself how you would feel if someone stole something that you paid your hard earned money for and the establishment showed no remorse, nay worse, made it seem like you did something wrong. Needless to say I 'll never be visiting this Subway again and heck this might make me avoid them altogether. I can totally see now why so many subways are closing all over. Ordered on mobile app. Went 4 min after time it said it would be ready and there was nothing on the shelf. I waited for current customer to pay them stated I was there for mobile order. It hadn 't even been started. Employee was alone and didn 't prioritize. He offered my money back and go somewhere else. I opted to stand in line and wait like a walkin customer. I was supposed to have it by 1:30, walked in 1:34pm and left at 1:45pm. Ridiculous system.
One of the workers was so kind and patient. Her name was Serene I believe. Usually I get nervous ordering but she made it so much easier. Also the sandwich she made was really good.
