Best oyster and uni in southern California. super fresh. the esstic is very convenient right next to the load. the fired fish with chips are super affordable and tasty, with just $9.99 wish the poke could be a little cheaper, but $20/lb is still not bad. parking is also very easy, and not expensive.

I am uncertain how many good steamed crabs and fresh seafood restaurants are there. I know some famous in this cal. but I can assure them that none of those businesses can beat quality seafood! there are some important points that indicate. 1. they get to get their own fresh seafood while they literally look at them. 2. They do their magic right in front of their face. 3. the ingredients are really alive, i.e. they really live to the word “fresh”. 4. The taste is not a comparison to the famous restaurants out there. 5. They can eat smelling seas! Yes, and there are so many good reasons why they should go here. I recommend you go there, even if you visit socal. quality seafood they will not disappoint!

Old style self service restaurant by the pier. Loads of fresh seafood choices from sea urchin to oysters and all kinds of fish and lobster/crab. Cook in anyway u like after choosing..... Not the cheapest place but prices are ok. 3.50 to 5 per oyster and some are tiny.... Decent beer choices too. Closes at 7.30pm so go early...
