Cj's Pantry - Redondo Beach

A few weeks ago, I had a really nice meal, although we did have to wait a bit longer than expected, and I had to ask someone for an update. I'm not sure if they forgot about us. However, my omelet was truly amazing. I ordered a spinach, sweet, and cheese omelet but asked for the cheese to be left out and for spinach and broccoli to be added instead. I also requested a substitution of my potatoes for a cole slaw, and they happily obliged without charging me extra, which I found impressive. I'm often met with resistance when I make substitutions or request extra veggies, so their willingness to accommodate was refreshing. The cole slaw was made fresh and came in a generous portion. Overall, I think I’ll give an extra star for their flexibility with substitutions and veggie requests, which didn’t come with any hassles or added costs.
