Sichuanese Cuisine - Redmond

I really enjoy this restaurant for several reasons. First, it's clean and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Second, the staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Third, the portion sizes are generous; I ordered fried rice, and it’s enough to serve two people. Lastly, I love the Sichuan chili flavor that's infused in the dishes. I highly recommend this place!

The food at this restaurant is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and delivers excellent service. I especially love their spicy chili fish, but the other dishes are certainly worth trying too.

The chili pepper chicken, fried dumplings, and spicy Sichuan boiled fish were outstanding! The staff was friendly and attentive, answering all of our questions. The food was served fresh and quickly! The portion sizes were generous, exceeding our expectations. As expected from a Sichuan restaurant, the dishes are quite spicy. However, if you prefer something milder, they do offer sweet and sour chicken on the menu.

This charming new Chinese bistro is well-kept and inviting. The prices are reasonable, and the food has an authentic taste. Although the flavors were fairly average, the presentation of the dishes was impressive. The meals weren't very spicy or numbing, likely to accommodate local tastes. At times, the waitstaff appeared to be busy and neglected to refill our water. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
