The Blazin' Crab - Redlands

That was great. I'm here. the personal was nice. my only criticism would be the long waiting time for my order.

I'm nice with the two stars. I could see clearly that the waiting staff didn't want to be at work? it was opened an hour. our waitress was rude, obviously didn't want to be there. eating was delivered extremely slowly. Beverage refills forever. there was a lot of personal, but they were simply not in to win it. there is not an apology I could get that would have made the experience better? the menu was sticky and outdated. they had 3 flat screens we wanted to turn on, and they said they didn't work? the energy at the place was just not good. eating was good, but the overall experience was bad. it is regrettable because my family loved this place. call them in their order and pick them up to eat them to avoid nonsense. so grief!

I would give 0 stars if I had given the chance. this place is prejudiced to certain customers. when you see the atmosphere, it is obvious why we were denied one table. we have set ourselves on the waiting list and then receive a text that we will not be able to get a table. that should be a nice dinner for our 8-year-old daughter. my man went inside to talk to a hostess and they tried to act confused, why their system did that. yawn we were then put back on the waiter list and never on a finished table. will never return and I do not recommend it.

The service was HORRIBLE! People who were seated after us were served. We waited 30 mins and then I had to ask someone if we can get drinks. The food took forever! The bathroom was so dirty....no seat covers no paper towels. I'll never go back again!

My son took me out for lunch today at the Blazin crab blazing amazing I would recommend this to people who feel a little Savage no knife and forks what a blast
