Starbucks Coffee - Redlands

I frequent this Starbucks often, and my experiences have been quite inconsistent. Sometimes the service is quick, while other times it can be frustratingly slow. Today, for instance, I waited 30 minutes for two simple drinks: an iced grande Pumpkin Spice Latte with oat milk and a Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot. During my wait, I saw larger orders being filled and leaving before mine, which felt disheartening. Although I understand some were mobile orders, it was frustrating to see customers who arrived after me receiving their drinks ten minutes sooner. When my order was finally ready, I got my PSL first and then had to wait again for the second drink. I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location. I strive to be patient, but I've reached my limit. The service here really needs improvement. The only bright spot in this visit was the friendly lady who took my order; she was kind and even reminded me to collect my stars since I paid in cash.

I always order ahead on my Starbucks app and I've never have to wait for my order. I am always happy with the service, drinks, and food. Unfortunately, I can't give a 5 star rating. While because just Eekkk!! What is going on with the restrooms? Every store I've stopped in no matter what area I'm in...the bathrooms are disgusting! I do not recommend using the facilities at Starbucks.

I came here this morning and They were visibly busy and understaffed. I used to a GM so i get it- things happen. But I want to highlight the staff, despite being busy and seeing all the customers visibly upset they had longer than usual wait times, the staff still remained friendly, customer service was wonderful, and they let any new people walking in the door know they were a little behind and what the wait times were. they were doing the best they could, and i appreciate each and every one of you. thank you for pushing through what looked like a tough morning for you all. This Starbucks consistently provides me with outstanding customer service, both in the mornings and afternoons! Although they may be short-staffed at times, the baristas manage their tasks exceptionally well. I really love this place!

I arrived at 7:30 AM on a Friday and didn’t receive my drink until 7:55 AM. I've never seen a Starbucks so crowded! It's amazing how many people are hooked on caffeine and sugar these days. They were running about 25 minutes behind on drink orders, but the baristas managed the situation with such grace. Honestly, the staff working here in the morning truly deserve to be paid double for their hard work.
