Sachi Japanese Cuisine - Redlands

Always delicious! The Spicy Seared Albacore is both tender and packed with flavor. The Japanese Burrito is a must-try and my personal favorite. The Sashi 7 roll is another standout that I thoroughly enjoy.

Redlands has no shortage of average sushi bars, and Sashi fits right into that category. The prices are too high for the portion sizes, and the service is a bit slow. Overall, it doesn't stand out among the rest.

It took 30 minutes for my salad to arrive and another 30 minutes for my soup. You really need to improve your timing or consider hiring more staff.

The waitress was quite rude. If you're hungry, I'd recommend avoiding this place. You can only order one roll at a time, and then we were told we couldn't order again until the next table received their food, even though we were handed the bill. We felt rushed to eat and leave without anyone asking if we needed anything. The rolls were just average—you can find better options elsewhere in a more enjoyable atmosphere.
