Jack In The Box - Redlands

This is a great Jack in the box, I haven't been there for a while before my recent visit but I always get well taken care of.

Food was good and fresh. Tried the new chicken sandwich. It was good.

The service at this restaurant has gone downhill and the staff, especially the new brown-skinned woman, are rude. The third layer has particularly terrible service and it seems like they need a new manager. Homeless people are seen waiting in the drive-thru, which is dangerous, especially if they have children in the car. They make their orders without paying attention to the screen. I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box, as I have had enough bad experiences and do not want to deal with poor treatment while trying to eat.

I will come here after work to grab some good quality fast food. How is the service?

We arrived at the drive-thru at 2 o'clock and everything we ordered was incredibly hot and fresh. Kudos to the night team!
