Kfc - Redditch

We had items missing from our delivery order. When we phoned up to enquire we were told that we had to visit the restaurant to replace the items. No offer of redelivery or even a refund. As it happened we could not get to the restaurant so we phoned again to get a refund, only to be told to claim it on the app. But after searching the app , this facility does not seem to be available. Total lack of customer service and they don't care if you have lost money by ordering from them. It amazes me that anyone actually uses this place tbh.

Had a great experience here today. A special mention to Sidra who served us at the drive thru who was so friendly and welcoming, really made our experience.

Visited my local Kfc restaurant this evening have to say the service I received was excellent to say the least! Special mention must go to Lexie for being so lovely too!

Please can you change your frying fat, it smelt and the chicken was not tasting nice because it tasted like old fat

Good food, great staff and a pleasure to visit. I both deliver for them (so see how organised they are when it's manic) and buy from them too. Management seem to be on the ball as well, compared to the Bromsgrove one!!
